Our Strategy
Our unique, threefold strategy is aimed at developing people to live missionally, networking churches and leaders to reach the high country, and caring for existing pastors and their wives for growth and longevity.
DEVELOP
Our Discipleship Pathway develops people from a new believer to life-style missionary. This strategic model serves as a pipeline to develop disciples and future church leaders. It culminates in our church planter residency program. Additionally, this resource was created for the unique communities in the high country and is a tool given for free to all our network churches so they too can maximize gospel impact.
NETWORK
The High-Country Hub is a network of like minded churches and individuals seeking to maximize gospel impact in the high country of Colorado. Within our network we provide training, resources, and opportunities to partner to together to plant new churches, replant struggling and dying churches, and to reach our unique mountain communities with the gospel.
CARE
Local church ministry and church planting are not for the faint of heart. According to a 2022 Barna Group study, 42% of pastors are considering leaving the ministry. Ministry can easily lead to burnout, discouragement, and isolation for any pastor; much less for those who are separated by many miles and treacherous mountain passes. The HUB offers care and connection to high-country pastors and their wives so they can keep going strong and stay healthy.
